No. Pool Pack is a month-to-month drop-off service — cancel anytime, no long-term commitment.
What do I actually pay?
You pay Pool Pack's price for whatever chemicals you choose, plus a flat $30/month for the drop-off, the complimentary advanced water test, and your Pool Pack Portal access. Nothing is bundled into a hidden box price.
What if I use a chemical that's not listed?
Contact us and let us know — we're adding to the Shop regularly, and we'll help you figure out the right substitute in the meantime.
What if I'm not home for my drop-off?
No problem — just let us know where to leave your chemicals, and your Pool Pack Pro will handle the water test and log your results the same as always.
How do I change what's in next month's delivery?
Log into your Pool Pack Portal anytime before your next scheduled drop-off date and adjust your recurring items or add a seasonal product.
How is the water test actually done, and when do I get results?
Your Pool Pack Pro tests your water right at your pool during the drop-off — covering salt, phosphates, and other points a basic test strip misses. We email or text you the results afterward in plain language, so you know exactly where your water stands.
Does Pool Pack fix pool problems?
Pool Pack delivers chemicals, tests your water, and answers your questions — it isn't a diagnostic or repair service. For anything beyond DIY chemical maintenance, a local pool service professional can help.
