1. Build your Pool Pack
Browse the Shop and choose the chemicals your pool actually uses — no quiz required. Chlorine tabs, shock, and acid are your recurring monthly essentials; conditioner (CYA), baking soda, and algaecide are available as seasonal add-ons whenever you need them. Not sure what to pick? A quick optional helper next to the Shop can suggest a starting point — but if you already know your pool, you can build your own Pool Pack from scratch, just like ordering from Amazon or Chewy.
2. What you pay
You pay for your chemicals at Pool Pack's price — always a great price on the products you already use, with no big retail markup and no surprises. On top of that, a flat $30/month covers your personal drop-off, your complimentary advanced water test at every visit, and full access to your Pool Pack Portal. No hidden box fee, no guessing what's included.
3. Your monthly drop-off
Your Pool Pack Pro arrives at your pool on the same date every month, without fail. While they're there, they perform a complimentary advanced water test right at your pool — covering salt, phosphates, and other points a basic test strip misses — and hand-deliver your chemicals. No driving anywhere, no water sample to carry to a store.
4. Your results, sent straight to you
After every visit, we email (or text) you your water test results in plain language — what they mean and whether anything needs attention — so you always know exactly where your pool stands before your next drop-off.
5. Real knowledge, whenever you want it
Your Pool Pack Portal includes a free library of guides and videos on pool care and chemistry — not a retail guess from an underpaid pool store employee. Still have a question?
